Luckily for all of us, heroes are not limited to the confines of comic books and movies. Everyday heroes reach out to friends and neighbors to offer help when it’s needed most. And today, when the COVID-19 pandemic has changed virtually every aspect of our lives, many of the true heroes are those in the medical field—doctors and nurses working tirelessly to care for the sick, immunologists determining ways to contain the spread, and medical researchers developing treatments and vaccines.

Like Batman, we don’t all need a superpower to play our part. The Dark Knight relies on planning and preparation to be ready for any crisis, and so should clients. Producers are called to play a vital role in helping clients understand their options and prepare themselves for unexpected catastrophes.
